Lucy and Lauren start up their own letting agents company, called LB Lettings. Whilst having a sexual relationship with Max, Lucy also has spontaneous sex with newcomer Lee Carter (Danny- Boy Hatchard). He wants to begin a relationship with her, but Lucy is more interested in her relationship with Max.
